@Ask_Spectrum I wouldn’t bother. I’ve spoken to you guys 3 times and you say you’ll look into it, yet you’re gonna charge me money to have a technician come out. Why do I have to pay extra amount of money for half assed service. I can’t wait until a month from now. Trash service.

@Ask_Spectrum Oh no, it’s worse than that. When I ordered the service back in July, your agent lied to me. Told me I was required to purchase an Apple TV box because you don’t have cable boxes anymore. After of months of buffering and your feud with @Roku — now I have no service.

Man, @GetSpectrum sucks. Always charging more for literally zero change in performance/services. Started at $50. It is now $75.If possible, do not go with Spectrum. I know they offer no-contracts, but that also doesn’t lock in their price. It’s worth going elsewhere.

Could be the rebranding of the old TWC and A/N footprints occurred recently so that there's less customer frustration with a relatively new brand (and not as many legacy Spectrum households as Xfinity).Could be random.Could also be that insourcing customer service is working.

I don’t recommend @GetSpectrum. If you can get another service provider. Do it. Unfortunately, this is the only that works for our neighborhood. They never want to give people discounts and the internet is not worth it. Because most of the time it doesn’t work or weak signal.

For the past couple of days, the internet has been have issues @Ask_Spectrum , the CSR said that there are signal issues and that a tech is not available until Sunday. The stream that I planned for tomorrow, will most likely not happen either and Sundays will be pushed out..
